National Night Out Kickoff Party on Friday, August 5th at HyVee

It’s that time of year again! Games, music, prizes, food, and fun await in the Hy-Vee parking lot on Friday August 5th for the annual Alpha Media National Night Out Kick-Off Party. The event will take place from 5:30pm – 7:30pm and is completely FREE to the public!
Meet members of the Topeka Fire Department, Topeka Police Department, Shawnee County Sheriff, and many more to learn ways you can help make your community a safer, more caring place to live.

Pack the Backpack!

This year, we’re sending the kids home with school supplies! Bring your school backpack to our National Night Out Kickoff Party and make sure to stop at every booth!

What is National Night Out?

National Night Out is “America’s Night Out Against Crime”-a time when neighbors come together and take a stand against crime. NNO sends the message to criminals that the Topeka community does and will continue to fight back against crime. It also raises safety and drug awareness, strengthens community spirit, and enhances the partnership between residents and first-responders. National Night Out is a great community event that aims to bring people together with the goal of knowing your neighbors and enhancing police-community relations.
